Q: Hello, I was just looking at pictures of the boxes and noticed there is a cross necklace with the word faith on it. Is this a Christian box? The person I’m ordering for is Jewish. Any secular boxes? Asked by Alma G., August 2023

Thanks for your question. This was a special box we launched around inception. We are not a Christian box and the necklace you’re referring to and any other similar necklace are no longer in circulation in our boxes so no worries.

Our Pink Sugar girl box is for young ladies ages 5-11. We do our best to make it age appropriate. Some of the younger girls are a little more mature and would better take advantage of the woman’s box. Please search Pink Sugar girl on the website to find the girls box because unfortunately it won’t allow me to add the link here.

Thanks for your order. We’re so glad your grand daughter loved her box!
If you ordered her box and she received it in December, then you can subscribe this month and she will receive a completely different box. As long as you’re not subscribing kn the same month you ordered your initial box, you’re fine.

Hi Paige,
Thanks for your message. It all depends on the maturity of your 11 year old. Nothing is inappropriate, however it would be geared to your child's maturity level. We have quite a few subscribers younger than 12 that receive our adult box and quite a few girls 13 and under show receive our girls box. The girls boxes can contain juvenile products, whereas the adult boxes contain things like face massagers, scrubs and jewelry more geared to woman.

A month ago, I had a problem with a shipment and they fixed it within a week. However, I purchased a mystery box for women along with my 6 month subscription. I did receive my February box, (which was wonderful) but didn't receive the mystery box. I tried calling, emailing, texting, and the live chat many times, I haven't been able to contact anyone. I received an email saying that they were taking a spring break. I will try again in another week. I'm sure they will take care of it when they are available again

I did the 3 months subscription for my tween and we received repeats of products. The second box was exactly the same as the first. I contacted the company and they sent a new box with different items. The third box we received was the same as the replacement with only one product being different. It was a bit of a hassle to get the replacement the first time so my daughter is going to just regift the duplicate items to a friend.

We apologize that you received a duplicate box. This is never our intention and we did go ahead and ship out the correct box. We've noticed subscribers who subscriber on the last day of the month on cratejoy may experience this depending on how many days are in each month, with some months have 30 or 31 days. It is suppose to charge you on the same day of each month, but if that month doesn't have 31 days it can cause some confusion. This is definitely something we've been talking to cratejoy about and apologize for the inconvenience as this is their systems rules.
